We check availability, certificates, storage and backups every hour. A file watch looks for unexpected changes every 15 minutes. You get a report every week, and an alert straight away if there is a problem.

We keep running the inquiries, invoices and orders we have automated for you. We keep an eye on the results and make improvements when something changes.

Always up to date
WordPress, TYPO3, Shopware 6, JTL-Shop and their extensions stay up to date, and certificates renew themselves. For all operations clients we keep the legal notice, privacy policy and terms current through eRecht24.

Backed up every night
The backup is also kept in a second data center. If something goes wrong, we restore it, not you.

Email and archive under GoBD
Mailboxes, forwarding and spam protection. Plus an archive that keeps every incoming and outgoing email in a form nobody can change, as German record-keeping rules (GoBD) expect.

Separate and contractually sound
Every client gets their own separate environment in a data center in Germany, at Hetzner or IONOS. The data processing agreement (DPA) comes with every operations contract.

Frequently asked questions about hosting and operations
Do you also take over websites that others built?
Yes. We first check technology, security and legal texts, then migrate and take over operations. We carry out migrations outside business hours.
What happens if we are hacked?
We restore from the backup, close the gap and document the incident. The file watch checks every 15 minutes and reports suspicious changes immediately.
Where is my data stored?
In a data center in Germany, in a separate environment of its own for your company. The daily backup is also kept in a second data center. You get the data processing agreement (DPA) with every operations contract.
Do I need an email archive?
Under German record-keeping rules (GoBD), business emails often have to be retained. A normal mailbox is not built for this, because emails can be deleted or changed there. Our archive keeps every incoming and outgoing email in a form nobody can change. Which obligations apply to your company is best clarified with your tax advisor.
Do you host at Hetzner or at IONOS?
Both. We run websites, shops and workflows at Hetzner and IONOS and adapt to what you already use. For new projects we give you a clear recommendation that fits your requirements.
Which systems do you look after?
Websites on Astro, TYPO3, WordPress and Webflow, shops on Shopware 6, JTL-Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce. Plus mailboxes, Microsoft 365 and the workflows we have automated for you.
What does the service cost?
You pay a fixed monthly fee, with no timesheets for small jobs. The amount depends on what we look after: website, shop, mailboxes, archive or automated workflows. We tell you the amount after a short first call.
